She was born January 30, 1959 in Gadsden, Alabama and came to Brooksville over three years ago from Roanoke, Virginia. She worked as a Quality Specialist for Arkay Packaging in Virginia, enjoyed working in her yard, and loved spending time with her family. She was Christian by faith.
She is preceded in death by her parents, C. L. & Martha (Gipson) Lowery. She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Chapman of Tomah, Wisconsin; daughter, Heather Permenter Wrye (Rick) of Land O'Lakes, Florida; sons, Andrew A. Chapman of Tomah, Wisconsin and Matthew A. Chapman of Tallinn, Estonia; brother, Chucky Rice; sisters, Tammy, Carol, and Debbie; grandchildren, Alexander Mathis, Aaron Greene, Ashley Ninness Williams, and Wyatt Chapman; great-grandchild, Asher Mathis.
