Knute M. McAlister

He was born February 26, 1941 in Tampa, Florida and came to Brooksville, Florida 22 years ago.  Knute, along with his son Todd McAlister, was the owner of National General Contractors.  He served in the United States Air Force and was a member of Brooksville Wesleyan Church. 

He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years: Carolyn; son and daughter-in-law: Todd & Kim McAlister of Hernando Beach, Florida; daughter: Trisha & Mark Goble of Lutz, Florida; sister: Dulcie Pickens of Orlando, Florida; grandchildren: Amanda, Austin and Mitchel. 

A Gathering for friends and family will be held at 7:00pm, Tuesday, April 24, 2018 at Brooksville Wesleyan Church, where a Memorial Service will begin at 7:30pm, with Dr. Jerry Pence officiating.

In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to St. Jude's Children's Hospital in his name.
