WILLIAMS, June B., age 89 of Brooksville, died Friday, July 31, 2015 at her home. Born in Maryland, New York she came here 52 years ago from Tampa, Florida. She was the retired owner operator of Williams Office Supply, Brooksville and member of First United Methodist Church, its Women’s Guild and Church Choir. She was an avid gardener and cattle rancher, loved and played music, enjoyed bowling at Louie’s Bowling Center on the Wednesday Mixed Doubles League.
Survivors include her sons & daughters-in-law: Richard & Donna Williams of Brooksville, David & Lanea Williams of Winter Park and Kevin Williams of Brooksville; brothers: Charles “Sonny” Bilby and Gerald Bilby; sister: Rosemary Knapp; grandchildren: Scott & Nikki Williams and great grandchildren: Deven & Taylor Williams. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lester; brother, Sherman Beilby and sister, Veronica Duquette.
Visitation for friends will be 10 - 11am, Wednesday, August 5, 2015 at the First United Methodist Church, Brooksville, where funeral services will begin at 11:00am, with Pastors Doug Zipperer and Eugene Maddox officiating. Interment will follow at the Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to HPH Hospice.
