Jack W. Dison Jr.

He was born May 17, 1951 in Tampa, Florida and came to Brooksville three years ago.  He proudly served his country in the United States Army and was a Vietnam War veteran.  He worked as a truck driver and was Baptist by faith.

He is survived by his sons and daughters-in-law, Donald & Alysha Dison of Brooksville, Florida, Wayne Crawford of North Carolina, Eric Crawford of Brooksville, Florida, Chris & Pam Dison of Tampa, Florida, Wesley & Patricia Dison of Wesley Chapel, Florida; daughters and son-in-law, Wendy & Chris Essex of Louisville, Kentucky and Juanita Dison of Bardstown, Kentucky; sisters and brothers-in-law, Carolyn & Rod Cardinale of Brooksville, Florida and Sandra & Rod Lucas of Wesley Chapel, Florida; 21 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.

A Visitation for family and friends will be held from 10:00am-12:00pm, Thursday, February 10, 2022 at Merritt Funeral Home, Brooksville Chapel, where Funeral Services begin at 12:00pm.  Burial will follow at 1:30pm at Florida National Cemetery, with military honors.
