Iris Elizabeth McFarland

She was born October 24, 1932 in Salisbury, Maryland and came to Brooksville 25 years ago from Beaverton, Michigan. She was the world's greatest homemaker and a fabulous cook.  She loved playing Bingo, cards (Dime Gingle, Hand and Foot, Cribbage, and Canasta), and was a member of the women's social club at Cloverleaf community. 

She is survived by her husband of 65 1/2 years: Thomas E. McFarland of Brooksville Florida; sons and daughters-in-law: Howard & Theresa McFarland of Lake City, Michigan, Dennis & Lorri McFarland of Saginaw, Michigan, and Robert & Heather McFarland of Gaylord, Michigan; five grandchildren: Ashlee McFarland, Jackie McFarland, Felicia Arrano, Kate McFarland, and Matthew McFarland; five great-grandchildren: Travis, Madan, Lillian, Rowan, and Jack Jack.
