MUNCH, Ernest Paul “Buddy,” 73, of Brooksville, went home to be with the Lord on June 6, 2014. A native Floridian and avid hunter, he leaves behind his wife Cheryl Lamp Munch; son Michael of Spring Hill; daughter Jolene and son-in-law David Cardoza of Newport, R.I.; sister Joyce Henry of Biloxi, MS; grandsons Mikell Lee Coleman and Gage Hunter Munch; a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins; many friends... and a lot of lucky deer. Visitation for friends will be 4 – 8pm, Wednesday, June 11, 2014 at the Merritt Funeral Home, Brooksville Chapel, where funeral services will be conducted 1:00pm, Thursday, June 12, 2014 with Reverend David Hope officiating. Interment will follow at Lake Lindsey Cemetery. Serving as pall bearers will be Mikell Lee Coleman, David Cardoza, Alan Field, Rick Swick, Tom Niederhelman and Rob Harris. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial gifts to Hospice.
