Born on August 2, 1925 in Tampa, Florida, she moved to the area 28 years ago. She was a loving preacher’s wife for 52 years, a clerk for General Telephone, and a member of Istachatta Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Joseph H. Hallam; stepdaughter and son-in-law, Anita H. and Ronald Jones of Zephyrhills, Florida; brother and sister-in-law, James Daniel and Hildred Ledford of Seffner, Florida; four nieces.
A Visitation for family and friends will be held on Tuesday, February 6, 2018 at Merritt Funeral Home, Brooksville Chapel, where Funeral Services will begin at 12:00pm, with Reverend Murrell Hounshell officiating.
