Victor Dayan, age 93, of GURNEE, Illinois passed away on Wednesday, December 16, 2020.
A graveside service for Victor will be held Monday, August 14, 2023 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at United Hebrew Cemetery, 122 Arthur Kill Road, Staten Island, NY 10306.
