Robert Casey

Robert “Bob” Casey passed away peacefully, on June 20, 2023 at the age of 77. He was born on June 30th 1945 and was a lifelong resident of Brooklyn. Bob served a stint in the U.S. Army and was grateful for the opportunity to see the country during that time.

Bob was preceded in death by his parents, John J. Casey and Mary (Minihane) Casey and his brother Jerry Casey. He will be missed by his Sister in law Judy Casey, as well as many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins, friends and neighbors.

A visitation for Robert will be held Thursday, June 29, 2023 from 8:45 AM to 9:30 AM at Joseph G. Duffy, 255 Ninth Street, Brooklyn, NY 11215. A mass of christian burial will occur Thursday, June 29, 2023 at 10:00 AM at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church-Brooklyn, 2805 Fort Hamilton Parkway, Brooklyn, NY 11218. A committal service will occur Thursday, June 29, 2023 at 1:00 PM at Calverton National Cemetery, 210 Princeton Boulevard, Calverton, NY 11792.
