Mary A. Scotti

August 15, 1927 - June 15, 2023

Born in Brooklyn, New York, to parents of Irish & Sicilian descent, John Farina and Susan Ann Maloney, Mary was the youngest of four children: Jeannette, Vincent and Susan. She attended St Francis Xavier grammar school, and attended Manual Training High School. After WWII, she wed Alfred A Scotti (b.1925- d.2017) on July 6, 1946. They had two boys: Donald and Alfred and two girls: Mary Ellen (b. 1952 - d. 2023) and Clare Marie. She has four Grandchildren: Daniel John, Gina Marie, Gregory John and David Anthony and two Great Grandchildren: Alfred John and Allison Christine. Mary worked on Wall Street in her younger years, became a home maker raising her children, and in her retirement years worked as a matron on school buses for Special Needs children. A wise and kind woman with a great sense of humor. She was loved by all, and will be missed by many. May she rest in peace.
