McKenna, Mary J. (nee Frizell) on December 25, 2016. Beloved wife of the late James “Buster”. Mary was a past president of the Rosary Society and a member of the Columbiettes. But what Mary was most proud of was her daughter Mary Colonna. Mrs. Colonna was the sparkle in her parents eyes and the “Light of Mary’s Life”. Mary was also devoted to her son in law Frank whom she regarded more as a dear and wonderful son. She was a devoted grandmother to her special, outstanding grandchildren, Lauren, Kevin, Michelle and Debra. Mary was devoted to her entire family and deeply proud of all of them. Visiting Wednesday 2-5 and 7-9 pm at M.J. Smith Sons, 255 9th Street, Brooklyn. Mass of Christian burial Thursday December 29th at 10:00 am at Holy Name of Jesus Church. Interment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, Brooklyn.
