I knew Linda for many years. She was a wonderful friend.  She was always there when you had a problem and wanted someone to listen and get advice from. She was sincere and bright. I remember Linda fondly as a friendly neighbor for many years. She always conveyed a positive outlook and took an interest in what other people felt.  I remember years ago she was taking care of someone’s pet and there she was out in the hallway holding a big fluffy Maine coon car!
And I will always remember the kind words she spoke at the memorial service for my life partner Richard a few years ago. A very special lady and I’m grateful to have known her. 

Linda was my husband secretary for years.  I felt like she was a member of the family, her kindness and love to us was amazing.  I am so sorry to learn of her death.

I still cannot believe I lost my good friend and co-worker Linda.  She was the sweetest  and caring person I have ever known. I've known Linda since 1983 when I moved into the building. She was at my wedding a year later,  the sweetest person. Both Shelly and I are devastated. RIP lovely Linda.

I remember Linda as active, uplifting, energetic, happy, warm, caring person. She was always good company to us- at MOMA, at MHNA, get-togethers, walks  - we will all miss her.

We will miss you so much.  Wishing you eternal happiness. Knowing that you are at rest with Aunt Mary and Uncle Rocco will give great comfort to us all. 💞


Harry and I met Linda and Estelle Meister during our Viking River Cruise in 2016 to Portugal.  Harry remembers us joining them for dinner in a small authentic Portuguese restaurant.  Linda was always smiling, considerate, and had an engaging personality.  This trip was a bit of a challenge for us and them, but we all took it in stride, having lots of fun.

We ate dinner with them almost every night. How fortunate we were to have met Linda and Estelle during this trip. We could tell that Linda and Estelle were best friends. We remained Facebook friends since 2016.

My wife Ellen and I extend our condolences to Linda's brother, Robert and the rest of her family.  When I was practicing law, Linda was my secretary for more than 25 years.  She was devoted, kind, sincere, bright, honest, compassionate and loving.  It was a pleasure to be in her company.  After Linda left my employ, we continued to be in touch.  Her death is a great loss to my wife and I and I know to her other friends and family.  May she rest in peace.  We loved her.

Linda was a wonderful co-worker. She was fun and outgoing, always ready with a laugh. She will be missed. 

Linda was a beautiful, vibrant woman who brought happiness to all who had the pleasure of being in her company. I’ve known her most of my life, being Lynn’s best friend. Spending holidays and some Sundays all through my childhood with the whole family gave me a second family who loved me unconditionally. My memory is long and I always hold these wonderful times close to my heart. I know Linda is now at peace with Aunt Babe and Uncle Rocco and her smile has turned into rays of sun shining on all of us now. God bless you Linda. My heart is broken!!  I've lost my beautiful cousin Linda.  Our Mothers were sisters and we are a very close family.  Linda was my friend and godchild.  She was bright, classy, thoughtful and so kind.  She was a wonderful daughter and sister to her family.  We'd call each other regularly.  She was always "Ms. Sunshine" planning her visits to Florida, her world-wide trips and our meetings in the city.  She looked forward to playing Canasta with our cousins when she visited us in Florida.  She was competitive and loved to win.  She usually did!

I've known Linda for 49 years.  We met in art school in Brooklyn.  Through the years we've traveled together many, many times.  We've shared good times and bad times.  My condolences to her entire family.  They are the most wonderful people.  I've told her many times how lucky she was to have them.  They always included me in many family gatherings. I am very sad today because I mourn the passing of a very dear and beautiful lady. I first met Linda about 20 years ago on a trip to the Amalfi Coast.  Our friendship was sealed on that day.  Linda was traveling with Estelle and  I was traveling with my sister-in-law Karen.  That trip became one of many we shared, the four of us having a great time together.  Linda loved to travel and enjoyed every trip.  I am blessed to have known Linda. She was always positive caring funny and most of all kind. I feel privileged to have known her and proud to call her my friend.
This journey she is on is not her last but one of many she will be having in Heaven with her wonderful Mother and her many other family and friends . Linda you will always be in my heart.  Rest In Peace

It was truly a blessing to know my former co-worker, Linda.  She was a beautiful person with a wonderful spirit.  After her retirement , a few of us got together in December 2019 and that was the last time I saw her and received a Happy New Year text from her in January 2020.  May her precious soul rest in Heavenly peace.  

Linda was the kindest caring friend one could ever hope for. She was a shining star. When I broke my shoulder I could not have gotten through it without her. I too have always been there for Linda.  We traveled the world together and had so much fun. I will miss her terribly. She was as close as a sister to me   My family loved her. She was a totally up person. RIP my dear friend.
