George Moshinsky of Brooklyn, New York passed away on May 17, 2015. He was 85 years old. He graduated from Long Island University and received a Masters degree from the Fashion Institute of Technology. He served in the Korean War. He worked many years in retail and over 25 years as a purchasing manager at a lighting fixture manufacturer. He was an avid sports fan who loved the Brooklyn Dodgers and the New York Mets. He also enjoyed playing sports such as tennis with his children. George was a loving father and husband who dedicated his life to his family. He is survived by his wife Naomi, son Lewis Moshinsky and his wife Susan, daughter Felice and her husband Joseph Sandoli. He is also survived by four grandsons - Stephen, Jeffrey, Brian, and Jason. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
