Fred Dimino was born in Coney Island, Brooklyn. He stayed a true Brooklyn boy ‘till his passing at Coney Island Hospital. He was surrounded by his wife and loved ones as he transitioned into paradise.
Fred, also known as Onofrio, was a barber by trade, but worked tirelessly many jobs for his number one priority, his wife and children. His whole life consisted of them, and later on, his many grandchildren, who each had their own special relationship with him.
Fred was known for his enchanting beautiful smile, his kind heart, and forever sense of humor. Fred was also a very faithful Knights of Columbus member, always helping wherever needed with their functions and programs and living the values of a Knight. Any memory with him is a cherished happy memory.
He leaves behind his incredible wife of 62 years, JoJo, who held his whole heart, his four children: Dean Dimino, Gerard Dimino, Lisa Dimino and Danielle Dimino, his ten grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and an older sister, who lives in California.
