Diane Sapol

We mourn the loss of Diane Ruth Sapol, the daughter of the Esther and Harold Kovitz on November 28, 2023. Survivors include cousin Risa Williams, niece Amy Rappaport, sister-in-law Jean Rappaport, and many good friends, especially her dearest friend Esther Cardenas.

Diane graduated from Northeastern University with a Bachelor of Science Degree. She grew up in Winthrop, MA and moved to New York City after graduation where she met her future husband, Seymour Sapol. He predeceased her after they moved to Florida.

Diane enjoyed playing Mah Jongg, cooking and sampling international cuisines. She was an active member of the Friends of the Library of Tamarac, FL, serving as Recording Secretary. In addition, she was a Patron of the Arts, especially the Opera.
