Ruth F. Getz Master

Ruth F. (Getz) Master, of Philadelphia, Pa. formerly of Arlington and Belmont at age 104, on Tuesday, January 3, 2017. Beloved wife of the late Jacob M. “Jack” Master. Loving mother of Robert L. & Estelle Master of Philadelphia and the late Joan & Manning Stoller. Cherished grandmother of Jill Korff, Sherry Press & Eric Lipsman, Jan & Dr. Brad Stoltz, Marnie & Michael Nachman and great grandmother of eleven and great great grandmother of one. Dear sister of Irving & the late Marilyn Getz and the late Bessie & Isadore Getz. Ruth was a longtime dedicated Administrative Assistant at Harvard-Radcliffe Hillel 1957-1989. She loved helping and nurturing the students she considered her family.

Services at The Chapel at Sharon Memorial Park, 40 Dedham Street, Sharon, MA, on Sunday, January 8 at 10:00am. Following the service, family and friends are welcome at the home of Jill Korff through 8:30pm.
