Peter J Huberman

Peter J. Huberman, of Boston and Mashpee, MA, on October 19, 2022 at the age of 85. Devoted father of Alyssa Lambert and her husband Richard, and Jennifer Rothbart and her former husband Mitch. Cherished grandfather of Erica and Amanda Lambert, and Jack and Max Rothbart. Predeceased by his beloved brother, Michael Huberman. Also left to cherish Peter's memory is his former wife and close friend Joanne Kaufman. Treasured uncle to many nieces and nephews.

Peter attended Newton High School and graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1958. He started his career as a stock broker with Paine Webber, and then founded his own investment counseling firm, Cambridge Capital Management. Peter served as a sergeant in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve and was an active alumni member of the University of Pennsylvania. He loved running and acting in his earlier years. He was an avid collector and devoted Red Sox,Celtics and Bruins fan. Above all, Peter cherished the time he spent with his family, especially at the Cape. He adored his grandchildren, and deeply valued every moment they spent together. He will truly be missed.

A graveside funeral service will be held at 10:45am on Sunday, October 23 at Sharon Memorial Park, 40 Dedham Street, Sharon, MA 02067. Shiva will be observed Monday, October 24 at daughter Jennifer Rothbart's home from 6:00pm-8:00pm.
