Lipa Alamaru of Chestnut Hill, MA was entered into rest June 13th, 2015. The beloved husband of the late Tamara (Sokolovsky), he was the devoted father of Rodica and her husband Charles Portal, the cherished grandfather of Gabrielle Portal and Danielle Albert and the dear uncle of Andre Alamariu. Services will be at the Stanetsky Memorial Chapels, 1668 Beacon Street, Brookline on Monday, June 15th at 1PM followed by interment at the Temple Emeth Memorial Park off Baker St. in West Roxbury. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy in his memory may be made to the American Heart Association at www.heart.org.
