Jacqueline Estelle Salk of Newton, on September 20, 2015. For 72 years she was the beloved wife of Gilbert Salk, sharing a love story that endured through her final days. She was the devoted mother of Larry Salk & his wife Jane and David Salk & his wife Susan and the loving sister of the late Al Strogoff & his wife Elaine. She was the proud grandmother of Michael Salk & his wife Heather Wind and Amy Salk and the great grandmother of Avery and Cecily. A former president of the Temple Reyim Sisterhood, Jackie created a warmth and vibrancy in her home that reflected her radiance and drew many loyal friends to her. Services at the Stanetsky Memorial Chapel, 475 Washington St., CANTON on Tuesday, September 22 at 12 Noon with interment at Sharon Memorial Park. Memorial observance following interment at Larry and Jane's home until 4:30 PM. Family and friends are invited to gather at Larry and Jane’s home also on Thursday 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM.
