Irving Rabb

Rabb, Irving W., age 98, of Cambridge, on Tuesday, August 23, 2011. For 65 years, beloved husband of the late Charlotte “Dolly” (Frank). Loving father of Betty & Jack Schafer of San Francisco, CA and Dr. James & Melinda Rabb of Weston. Cherished grandfather of Daniel, Sam and Sophia Rabb, Julie Schneider, Kate Riccardi and Debra Hakman; great-grandfather of Benjamin and Daniel Schneider, Noah, Gabriel and Jacob Riccardi and Joshua, Tyler and Sydney Hakman. Dear brother of the late Sidney Rabb, Norman Rabb and Jeanette Solomon. Services were held on Friday, August 26 at Temple Israel, Boston. Memorial observance will be on Saturday evening, August 27 from 7-9 pm and not on Sunday as previously scheduled due to the impending weather. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
