Elyse J. Levy, of Brookline, formerly of Acton, Worcester, and Staten Island passed away early on January 13, 2022 at the age of 54. Cherished daughter of Lila and the late Marvin Levy. Beloved wife of Jeremy Potter. Devoted mother of Alexis and Hannah. Dear sister to Alan Levy and his wife Beth, and David Levy and his wife Caroline. Loving Sister-in-law to Sharyn Potter and Michael Schwartz. Loving cousin to Deborah Agulnick and dear niece to Sandy Jonas.
Elyse grew up in Staten Island, NY, graduated from Stuyvesant High School in Manhattan, and earned an accounting degree at SUNY Binghamton where she met her husband, Jeremy, during her junior year. She also earned an MBA from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Elyse relished her time spent with her husband and children, Alexis and Hannah. Elyse enjoyed spending time with friends and extended family. Friends and family appreciated Elyse's loyalty, love, honesty and thoughtful advice and wisdom. Elyse loved the challenge of rowing crew on the Charles River. She also enjoyed hiking mountains, skiing, and camping in the wilderness. She also enjoyed reading and eating Jeremy's cooking. Elyse excelled in her accounting career and attained leadership positions where she was well-respected by her colleagues. Elyse will be greatly missed as her passing leaves a large hole in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
Services will be held at 10AM on Monday, January 16 at Levine Chapels, 470 Harvard Street, Brookline, MA 02446. Interment to follow at Beit Olam East Cemetery.

● Monday 1/16 – at the home of Jackie Kann, 1519 Beacon Street Apt.1, Brookline, immediately following the burial,
● Tuesday 1/17 - at the home of Jackie Kann , 1519 Beacon Street, Brookline from 4:00-8:00pm
● Wednesday 1/18 – Congregation Beth Israel, 15 Jamesbury Dr, Worcester, MA from 3:00-7:00pm (chapel entrance)
● Thursday 1/19- In the Library of the Briarwood Continuing Care Retirement Community, 65 Briarwood Cir, Worcester, MA from 12:00-4:00pm
