Edith Gertrude Swartz Glanz

Edith G. (Swartz) Glanz, Age 82, of Canton formerly of Randolph and New Seabury. For 63 years, beloved wife of Herbert D. Glanz. Loving mother of Beth Moskowitz & her husband Michael, Michael Glanz & his wife Anne, and Mitchell Glanz & his wife Gayle Abramson. Cherished grandmother of Vikki & Matt Sherman, Marissa & Adam Goldstein, Jeremy & Jane Moskowitz, Rebecca & Scott Selenow, Joanna, Rachel and Benji Glanz and great grandmother of Zachary and Ike Sherman and Noa and Eyva Goldstein, and aunt to numerous nieces and nephews, sister of the late George, David, and Milton Swartz. Edie lived life to the fullest enjoying golf, mahjong, bridge, singing and dancing. She loved being surrounded by her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren and spending time on the beaches of Cape Cod and Aruba. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Services at Temple Beth Abraham, 1301 Washington St, Canton MA today Tuesday, July 18 at 1:30PM. Burial at Sharon Memorial Park, Sharon. Memorial observance will be at the home of Beth and Michael Moskowitz immediately following burial until 9PM, continuing on Wednesday from 1-4PM & 7-9PM, then on Thursday from 11AM-1PM at Orchard Cove, Canton, then continuing 7-9PM back at the home of Beth and Michael Moskowitz.
