Beloved husband of the late Rhoda (Brown) Saltiel. Loving father of Marjorie Weinberger and her husband Joshua. Adored grandfather of Jake Weinberger and his partner June Smoller, and Sarah Weinberger and her partner Mo Bergeon. David is also survived by his loving and beloved Barbara Daiute and her family; Robin Daiute, and her children Anthony and his wife Chelsea, Nicholas, and Ben; Michael and Donna Daiute, and their children, Dominick and Michael; Andrea and Steve Sweet, and their son Christopher; Chris Daiute and his children Jared, Owen, and Avery; and, Jimmy and Laura Daiute, and their children Ellie and James.
Services will be held at the Levine Chapels, 470 Harvard St., Brookline on Thursday, September 7 at 12:00pm.
Following the burial at the Chevra Tillum of Boston Cemetery, 232 Fuller St., Everett, memorial observance will begin at David and Barbara’s home and continue on Friday at Marjorie and Josh’s home from 11am–7pm.
