Bertha Sivack

Sivack, Bertha (Sones) of Dedham formerly of Newton on September 4 at the age of 99.

Beloved wife of the late Samuel. Devoted mother of Ellen Gannett and her husband David and Marlene Greenstein. Cherished grandmother to Emily Gannett-Morkemo and her husband Arne, Rebecca Sacks and her husband Ari, Erica Gannett and her husband Wesley Lambert and Matthew Greenstein and his wife Jillian. Adored great grandmother to Noah and Livy Sacks, Madeleine and Charlotte Morkemo, Jasper Lambert and Layla Greenstein. Loving sister of Leon Sones, Beatrice Forman, Beverly Foster and the late Max Sones, Mary Adelman,Larry Sones, and Louis Sones. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.

Long time antique dealer for over 50 years, retiring at the age of 94.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday Sept 6, at 10:30 AM at Levine Chapels, 470 Harvard Street, Brookline.

Shiva will be held at the home of Rebecca and Ari Sacks following the burial until 3:00 pm, and 6:30-8:00 pm that evening.
