Adriane Levy

Age 83 of Waltham, MA, died peacefully of complications of dementia on April 14, 2025.

Adriane was born in Boston, Massachusetts, in 1941 to Milton and Pearl Wolf. She attended school in Brighton and met the love of her life, Ralph Levy, at age 15. They married in 1959 and raised three children in Brookline. She had a long, fulfilling nursing career while living a full and active life with her family and many friends. She was an active member in the Brookline community and served in Town Meeting for many years.

Adriane is survived by her husband of 66 years, Ralph; brother Eugene Wolf (Marilyn Pitts); sister Robin Mattheiss (Dave Mattheiss); nephew Theodore Mattheiss; Brother- in-Law Steve Levy (Sue Van Loon); sons Bruce Levy (Kaye Wild) and Dana Levy (Denise Furlong); daughter Karen Levy (Michael Edelstein); and the apple of her eye, granddaughter Sarah Edelstein.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday April 16, 2025 at Stanetsky Memorial Chapel, 1668 Beacon St, Brookline at 12:30 pm. Interment to follow at Anshe Lebovitz Cemetery, 19 Washington Street, Woburn. Friends are invited to visit from 5 to 7 pm at 25 Crescent St in Waltham.
