Vivian Aviva Lewis passed away peacefully April 7th 2025 from complications of CREST Syndrome. She was the beloved loving wife of Harry Schimmelpfennig, mother of Jessica Marie Sapiro and Howard Gregory Sapiro, step-mother of Harry (Jennifer) Schimmelpfennig, step-grandmother of Alec (Molly) Schimmelpfennig, step-grandmother of Ava Schimmelpfennig and great-grandmother of Harry’s adorable great-grandson Stetson. She is also survived by her brother, George Sal Lewis (wife, Ingrid). She married Harry later in life and was welcomed to many happy gatherings with his caring family. Vivian was born on January 1st, 1951 in Landskrona, Sweden and grew up in Milwaukee, WI. She graduated from UW-Milwaukee in 1974 with a masters in Speech Pathology. She worked for many years for Milwaukee Public Schools.
