Mrs. Mary Ann Listwan Lepak

Mary Ann Lepak (nee Listwan) Entered Eternal Life on Saturday. March 13, 2010, one day shy of her 97th Birthday. Preceded in death by her husband, Walter and daughter Ellen Bacalzo. Loving mother of Margaret (Joe) Kusik and Joan (Ron) Cook. Fond mother-in-law of Ray Bacalzo. Dear Grandma of Steve (Laurie) Bacalzo, Rachel Bacalzo, Sharon (Dan) Mueller. Peter Bacalzo, Sarah Cook and David (Alaura) Cook. Great-grandma of Brandon, George, Lorenzo and Peter Bacalzo, Jon Mueller and Madeline Cook. Further survived by other relatives and friends.

Funeral Mass Saturday, March 20th at 10 AM at Old St. Mary's Catholic Church (836 N. Broadway. Visitation from 9 AM until time of Mass. Entombment at Holy Cross Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Old St. Mary's Catholic Church appreciated.
