Thomas Tom J. Wilhite

WILHITE, Tom, age 81, passed this life for his eternal home in heaven on August 4, 2011. He was a native of Cookeville, TN and a long time resident of Brentwood. Preceded in death by his sister, Gaynell Tabor. Survived by his wife, Charline, and step-sons Bart (Elizabeth) and Brad (Marna) Pemberton, brother Bob Wilhite (Mitzi), sister Mildred Jackson (Ben), brother-in-law W.H. Tabor, and beloved nieces and nephews. He retired as a professional sales representative with Schering Corporation. Friends are cordially invited to a visitation with the family from ten o’clock until twelve o’clock in the morning on Monday, the 8th of August at Clearview Baptist Church in Franklin, TN . The Celebration of Life Service will immediately follow at twelve o’clock in the chapel at Clearview Baptist Church. Graveside services will take place at the Cookeville City Cemetery in Cookeville, TN at four o’clock in the afternoon following the Celebration of Life Service. Pallbearers consist of the family members and the honorary pallbearers are members of the Clarion Sunday School Class.
