I was just scrolling and happened to run into this. even though this event happened many many years ago we miss Dad a lot thank you for all that have sent prayers to are family even though these prayers were from 2013

I was blessed to work with both Steve and Jeannine at SPP. It is hard to believe and accept that they are gone. They were so in love with each other and their children and were a beautiful example of love and joy to everyone they came in contact with. Their smiles will stay with me. May memories help comfort your family.

Thinking of the family at this time. I worked with Jeannine in Jackson, MI. She was a bridesmate in my wedding. I couldn't believe she was gone, now Steve, my heart goes out to the children. They were excellent Pharmacists and great people.

It is so hard to understand why those so young are taken from us - May god give your family peace as only he can give at this time.

I knew Steve for 37 years.  He was the same age Wes is now when I first met him.  Numerous memories flood my mind.  He nearly knocked me silly with an ice  covered snowball to the side of my head, I nearly drowned him in a ditch when he soaked me with a hose just as I was leaving for a date, he sold me my first computer, we battled over numerous chess matches, we road tripped more than once, we saw some great concerts together, he tried to get away with telling me tall tales, and he honored me by asking me to be his Best Man.  Most importantly, he encouraged me to become a pharmacist.  For that, I'm forever grateful.  Family situations changed but you always treated me warmly.  It was great to reconnect a couple of times in the last several months .  Over the years, you made me laugh and now you've made me cry.  Godspeed my friend.

My deepest sympathy to Wes, Grace and your family. Knew Steve and Jeannine for years after working with them at SPP and with Jeannine at Target and while I still couldn't quite believe she was gone, I am shocked and saddened at Steve's passing as well.  Miss both of them greatly. You all will be in my thoughts and prayers.

Steve, I am filled with grief that my high school friend is gone.  I will continue to remember your children in my prayers, and support them if they would ever have a need.
