Frazier, Jr., MD; daughter, Mary Kathryn; parents, George F. and Kathryn O'Sullivan Chip; grandson, Bryan Frazier. Survived by children, John W. Frazier III (Elizabeth), George F. Frazier (Veronica), Patricia E. Harmon (W. Henry), Thomas M. Frazier (Jacqueline) and Ella T. Chadwell (Jim); 13 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren. Born September 14, 1916 in New Castle, PA, Mary Louise, a registered nurse, met and married her husband in 1941 at Fitzsimmons Army Hospital in Denver. A member of Christ the King Catholic Church for 65+ years, Mary Louise was active in various organizations, including the Christ the King Women's Council, Legion of Mary, Parish Council, School Board, and Colonna Club (a Catholic women's literary society), the Nashville Diocesan Council of Catholic Women, Ladies of Charity, and Saint Thomas Hospital Ladies Auxiliary. In the fashion of her Irish Mother and Scotch/Lithuanian father, who twice won the Middleweight Boxing Championship of the World, Mary Louise was unwavering in her faith, fiercely committed to family, supremely proud of her Irish heritage, and strong in mind and body. Coupled with her unconditional love of family, kindness and charity were among the hallmarks of her life. In addition to a love of literature, music, art and the social graces, Mary Louise possessed a keen interest in the news of the day, especially on the political scene, a trait she carried to her final hours. Special thanks to longtime caregiver Ernestine "Mary" Hambrick, entire staff of Southerland Place Assisted Living, most especially Nikita "Niki" Patterson. Mass of the Resurrection to be celebrated at Christ the King Catholic Church, Saturday, May 5, 2012 at 10 a.m. by Celebrant, Father John Simms Baker. Grandsons as Pallbearers: John W.
