July 31, 1959-February 22, 2021
Lorena Moran born on July 31, 1959, was a caring mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, and
friend. She left this world too soon on February 22, 2021 at the age of 61.
Lorena was the proud daughter of Jose Gregorio Moran (who preceded her in death) and Maria
Margoth Lopez. She was also preceded in death by her brother Gilberto Gregory. Her loving daughter
Emilia (Mark Donatelli) and her granddaughter Maria survive her. As well as her beloved brothers Julian,
Job, Salvador (Milagro),Carlos (Nelly), and Fidel and sisters Nora Tomisser, Cecilia (Sifredo Santos),
Margoth “Tete”; and Yanira. She leaves behind many loving nieces, nephews, and friends.
She loved reading, traveling, the Rolling Stones, Carpenters, the Beauty and the Beast, Sherk, and
classical music. She greatly enjoyed good company, food, and wine, but most of all, she had a passion
for lively conversations about life, politics and philosophy, which she learned from her dad.
Those who loved her and had the pleasure of meeting her will never forget Lorena’s dedication to her
family and friends, infectious laughter, humor, and larger than life character.
A celebration of Lorena life will be held on Friday, March 5th at 2:00 p.m. in the afternoon in the chapel at Brentwood-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home, 9010 Church Street East, Brentwood TN.
