Passed away on Tuesday, October 2, 2018. He is survived by his sister, Brenda Dobson; an aunt, Mabel Holloway; a host of other relatives and friends. Family will receive friends on Wednesday, October 17 from 10 a.m. until time of service 11 a.m. at Saint Francis de Sales Catholic Church, 2021 Rhode Island Avenue, NE, Washington, DC 20018. Interment will be held on Monday, October 22 at Cheltenham Veterans Cemetery,11301 Crain Highway, Cheltenham, MD 20623. Arrangements entrusted to Fort Lincoln Funeral Home.
