To the Irick family: So sorry for your loss. I just learned of the passing of Mr. Mayfield (which I called him). He was a very kind and generous person, giving support through his hard work and know-how of just about everything. He will be fondly remembered in Brookland and will be missed.

Mr. Mayfield was a staple in his Brookland neighborhood community and at Guildfield Missionary Baptist Church.  He quietly contributed so much to his neighborhood and his church.  As both a Brookland neighborhood and Guildfield member, we thank him for his devotion and know he now Rests In God's Peace.

My sincere condolences to the Irick family.  Mr. Mayfield was a great man & elder.  Thank you Mr. Mayfield!
