Matthew Ian Weaver was born in Washington, DC on November 4, 1988 to the late Maurianne Weaver Bulluck and Brian Doyle. Matthew was raised by his loving mother, Maurianne and Step-Father, Herbert Bulluck. Herbert loved Matthew as his son and shared swimming, hiking in the Grand Canyon, Boy Scouts, and Karate, where he earned a 2nd Degree Brown Belt, and many other accolades. Matthew accepted Christ at an early age and was baptized in 2005. He attended Christian Academy, St. Jerome’s Catholic School, Thomas Johnson Middle School, Charles Herbert Flowers High School, and graduated from Bladensburg High School in May 2008.
Matthew loved music. As long as he could breathe, he was singing especially if it were a John Legend song. He was a longtime die-hard Redskins fan and somehow Tom Brady turned him into pledging allegiance to the Patriots from then on. He enjoyed watching wrestling, playing video games, watching the Game of Thrones series, and taking road trips. Matthew was an incredible baker and known for his delicious cheesecakes. If he saw a recipe on Instagram, you better believe it would be coming to a stove near you.
Matthew was employed at Washington Reagan National Airport for a few years until he relocated to Phoenix, Arizona where he worked at Sky Harbor Airport. He returned to Washington, DC in May 2022, where he resided with his father and brothers until his passing on May 2, 2023. Matthew was resilient, strong, and highly intelligent. An intellectual conversation could turn into an inappropriate one in any given second, as he was known for speaking his mind. He had a huge love for animals and was an overall kind spirit. He was a bright light in any dark room that will truly be missed.
Matthew leaves to cherish in his memory, his father, Brian Doyle; step-father, Herbert Bulluck ; sisters, Ariana Bulluck and Lauren Conner; His twin, Porsche Williams; brothers, Brian Doyle Jr and Edward Holmes; aunts, Michelle Weaver, Marian Scott, Betty Scott, Sandra Scott, and Brenda Bulluck; uncle, Hubert Weaver III; grandfather, Hubert Weaver Jr; grandmother, Gloria Bulluck; great uncle, Ronald Hargrove; great aunt, Tonia Hargrove; godmother, LaTonya Colvin; god sister, Monique Carter; Tri Duong and Dante Merrick, his best friends of 20+ years; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
