Mary Lou E. Saul

Mary Lou E. Saul passed away on Thursday November 4, 2021 after a brief illness. Formerly of Lanham, MD. At the time of her passing was a resident of Laurel, DE. She was born in Washington D.C. Mary Lou E. Carter to Frank and Marjorie Carter. She married Robert (Bob) Daniel Saul on September 2nd 1950 at the age of 16 and before his passing in 2003 they were together for 53 years. They shared a love of Stock Car racing, NASCAR and the Washington Redskins. Her favorite past time was reading and cheering on the Redskins. Mary Lou drove a Prince Georges County Maryland school bus for 30 years. She loved her job and the children that she shuttled from the bus stop to school. Several of the children showered her with gifts at Christmas and on her Birthday. Many kept in touch after they went from Kindergarten to High School and beyond. Mary Lou and Bob had two children that she leaves behind. Robert Andrew and his wife Sherri Saul of Long Neck DE, Linda Reedy and her husband Blair of Bridgeville DE. She is also survived by four Grandchildren, Kimberle Reedy and her significant other Michael Holsworth of Huntingtown, MD, Todd Reedy and his wife Susan of Brandywine, MD, Kelly Saul and her husband Jason Rhodes of Millsboro, DE, Angela Bendon and her husband Mark of Millsboro, DE. Mary Lou is also survived by five Great Grandchildren, Brandi and Brooke Sofield of Huntingtown, MD, Austin Reedy of Laurel, MD Lauryn Dennis of Millsboro, DE and Annabella Bendon of Millsboro DE. Private burial at Fort Lincoln Cemetery will be held on November 18th.
