Of Clifton, VA on Friday, July 27, 2018 at Alder Hospice, Aldie VA, formerly of Morgantown, WV. The daughter of the late Thomas and Gertrude Jolliffe. She married Sgt. Wallace Shears, US Army in 1943 and moved to Washington, DC, where Sgt. Shears was stationed.
Marjorie is survived by a son, Wallace (Louise K.) Shears Jr.; two granddaughters, Christina Riordan and Kristin Bice; a grandson, Richard Shears; four great-grandchildren, Brendan, Abbey, Sarah, and Alexander. Relatives and friends are welcomed to her celebration of her life on Friday, August 3 from 12:30 p.m. until time of service 1:30 p.m. at Fort Lincoln Funeral Home, 3401 Bladensburg Road, Brentwood, MD. Interment Fort Lincoln Cemetery.
