God saw that he was getting tired.
A cure was not to be
So he put His arms around him and whispered, "Come with me."

Although we loved him dearly, We could not make him stay.

TRIBUTE TO MY LATE UNCLE BROTHER   It is with deepest sorrow and sadness that I write this tribute to you, my Uncle Brother. I love you so much.  You were an amazing Uncle more like my father than my uncle; my Uncle Brother you were humble, kind, loving, caring, and good at heart and soul, and sometimes a little stern when you needed to be!! Your talents were too many to mention, you could do and fix just about anything. I remember like yesterday how you use to comb my hair and get me ready for school in the mornings. I had to be 5 or 6 you always took very good care of me, making me always feel so special.  Like on my wedding day when you walked me down the aisle, you looked so handsome Uncle Brother, I still can't believe I am writing a tribute because of your passing. I consider myself blessed to have lived this life as your niece.  Uncle Brother, you have left a void in the family that will never be filled you were our pillar of support. I thank the Lord for your life and bid you farewell.  May our Lord keep you safe resting in perfect peace till resurrection day, Amen.

My husband and I send our most sincere condolences in the passing of Brother, my cousin.  My fondest memories of him was growing up with him when we were children. He was always fun to be with me and my brother, Bobby.  
I pray that you will be comforted to know that he is at rest, no more pain or suffering.  Peace in Jesus.

Uncle Brother:
As we respectfully and endearingly addressed him, is our hero, and our best friend. He was always there when we needed him. Brother picked us up when we faltered and believed in our dreams!

He had the ultimate character traits we admired and aspired to. The list is long but factual. Brother conveyed, honesty, integrity, loyalty, generosity, reliability, humility, compassion, morality, fairness, dependability, and thoughtfulness.

As such, his character demonstrated our desire to celebrate him and express to all, his magnanimous significance in all our lives. We awarded him the family “Stamp of Approval”! We honored Brother with his portrait depicted on the United States postage stamp. It was a "Thank You" to him, for the love and inspiration he provided us! He imparted, qualities in us of value, which has given us guidance and a path to follow as we navigate life's challenges.

My grandfather was an amazing man. Grandfather and great-grandfather extraordinaire!!! My Daddy! He GAVE unselfishly and wanted the very best for his family. His work ethic was unmatched! You cooked, cleaned, care for Xavier while I worked, and more. I can't think of a time that he wasn't there for me. To me represented strength, courage, wisdom, and loyalty. The last thing I remember him clearly telling me was, "I told you don't pay them any attention" as I was heading out the door. He said, this in reference to me talking about my job. So, this school year, I will "not pay them any attention".

While I am completely broken because I've never known life without him it gives me great peace to know he is no longer suffering and in pain.  I always prayed for his healing and ultimately he was healed but on the other side of heaven. I will see you on the other side.

We will always celebrate and honor your life. There will never be another YOU!

My Uncle Brother, affectionately called "Brother" by his grandparents,  parents,  siblings and friends  and called "Uncle Brother" by his cousins, nieces and  nephews.  
You left a permanent imprint on the hearts of everyone who had the pleasure of knowing you.
Uncle Brother was a man that possessed many talents. He was a chef, handyman and a teacher that taught about courage, strength, love and perseverance.  Most importantly,  Uncle Brother was a devoted and ❤ loving family man. As we say goodbye to "Brother" "Uncle Brother" let us honor him by his source of light and fond memories that will live in our hearts forever ❤.
