

Daniel Clive Sutton - Malcolm devoted son of Jacqueline L. Sutton –Williams and Clive F. Malcolm was born May 27, 1998 in Washington, D.C. He leaves behind his brothers Clive Malcolm Jr., Akeem Malcolm, and his sister Shanique Malcolm.
Daniel departed this life on June 7, 2020. Daniel accepted Christ at an early age and was very involved in and loved doing missionary work with his church family. Daniel was a member of First Baptist church of Capitol Heights, MD and would travel in the church van to different cities with his fellow church members. Daniel had a variety of interests. He played on the youth basketball team. He also received a brown belt in Marshall Arts. Daniel received most of his education in the Prince Georges County Public School system, where he also attended the University of Maryland’s upward bound program. During his senior year, Daniel lived in Alexandria, Virginia and graduated from T.C Williams High School. After high school, Daniel continued his education, by attending Northern Virginia Community College (NOVA) in Alexandria, Virginia. During his summers, Daniel would work with the D.C youth program. He also worked at Dicks Sporting Goods and Giant Food. Daniel would soon venture into the construction field where he received a certificate for a certified production technician and a certificate in construction workforce training. He also participated in a work readiness training program.
Daniel enjoyed traveling, cooking, basketball, and smiling. Daniel was very close to his family. He was his mother’s heart and soul, and he had a very special bond with his dad, which was recognized by all.
Daniel leaves to cherish precious memories, his loving mother Jacqueline L. Sutton – Williams; his loving father Clive F. Malcolm; his step-father Mark T. Williams; his siblings Clive Malcolm Jr, Akeem Malcolm, and Shanique Malcolm; his devoted girlfriend Tatiyana Brown; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and a host of family and friends. Those who knew Daniel, even for just a little while, lost a shining light in their lives.
