On January 6, 2023, Belinda Green transitioned to her heavenly home. She was born in 1957 to the late Andrew Green and Janet Hughes. Belinda was a staple in Washington, DC as she began her career with the National Conference of State Legislatures. With her adventurous spirit, she moved to the San Francisco area where she worked for Metropolitan Transportation Commission. She returned home and retired as a Program Analyst for the Federal Government. Her only child or her daughter, Demetrice Green, survives her. Her memories will also be cherished by her five brothers and sister, Andrew Green, Jr., Yvonne Green, Antonio Green, David Green, Edward Hamilton, Jr., and Joseph Hamilton, and her many cousins, and nieces and nephews.
