Helen L. McClelland

In memory of Helen McClelland, born Helen Fletcher in Gracemont, Oklahoma, on July 13, 1924, and passed away peacefully on June 16, 2016, in her home in Antioch, California. Helen had 7 brothers and sisters. She moved from Oklahoma to California in 1942, operated a general store in Knightsen and was a chef at Los Medonos Hospital. Helen was the beloved wife of Walter McClelland, married 38 years, and deceased in 2012. Helen and Walter were well known in the Antioch-Knightsen-Brentwood area and enjoyed RV traveling, playing cards, dancing, and their house was always open for friends and family. Helen is survived by 5 siblings, 3 children, 4 stepchildren, 8 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild. May she rest in peace in the Lord.
