Thomas was born August 23rd, 1951, in Bremerton to Earl Norman and Josephine Norman. Tom had a happy and active childhood. He enjoyed swimming, digging razor clams, playing basketball, lifting weights and playing his drums. He graduated from Auburn High School in 1970. Thomas was a veteran of the US Navy.
Tom lived most of his life in Tacoma and moved to Port Orchard in 2019. He was a son, brother and uncle. He loved spending time with his family especially on holidays and numerous trips to Ocean Shores. He was known fondly by his family as "Uncle Tom."
His father, Earl Norman, preceded him in death in 1987.
Tom is lovingly remembered by his mother, Josephine Norman of Bremerton, sister, Jennifer Dragovich, of Bremerton, niece, Tara Tulip of Puyallup, nephews Nicholas Dragovich and Jared Dragovich of Bremerton and 3 great nieces and a great nephew.
Thomas had many devoted caregivers especially Pamela Rawlins of Rainbow House in Tacoma and the staff of Orchard Pointe Memory Care Center in Port Orchard.
A celebration of life service will be held at 12:00pm Wednesday, November 15th, at Miller Woodlawn Funeral Home and Memorial Park.
