Peggy Hicks passed away peacefully on Nov. 8th, with her daughter and son-in-law by her side. She was born in Hawaii where she lived until moving to Bremerton WA in 1950 with her husband and son, when her husband got a job at PSNS Shop 02. They later had another son and a daughter. Peggy retired from PSNS Shop 67 in 1979. She was proceeded in death by her husband, Ishmael Hicks; sons Jimmy and Billy; 2 brother and a sister. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Carol and Allen Romine.
