Jeannie L. Burt-Davis was born on September 27, 1961. Sadly she passed away on November 14, 2021 at the age of 60. Although her death came sudden and unexpected, she will live on in our hearts and memories. We pray that she is at peace and free from pain. She will be missed by many, yet still loved by all. God called her to heaven too soon, but we know she is with family and watching over us all. Many people would agree that she had an uncanny ability to find joy and happiness in her daily life, despite her pain while battling Multiple Sclerosis. She stayed strong till the end, starting every day with a smile and a can-do attitude... or maybe that was her coffee shining through. Either way my mom taught me many things, except how to live without her. In her younger years she enjoyed playing softball, being on a dart league, and dancing to classic rock. She would say "Good tunes make a good day" and play it loud to wake my brother and I up for school. Keep dancing Mom, and that's how I will remember you.
Jeannie is survived by her father, Les Burt; her son, Michael Heaton; her daughter, Stephanie Heaton and 4 grandchildren. Also by many siblings and many nieces and nephews, that miss her dearly. We love you now and forever. We miss you now and forever. You will always be in our hearts. Rest in Peace Mom!
P.S. This is for you....
WHEN I LOST YOU...
I wish I could see you one more time
come walking through the door
but I know that is impossible.
I will hear your voice no more
I know you can feel my tears
and don't want me to cry.
Yet my heart is broken
because I can't understand why
someone so precious had to die.
I pray that God will give me strength
and somehow get me through
as I struggle with this heartache
THAT CAME WHEN I LOST YOU!
