Hazel M. Moore

Hazel M. Moore, 75 of Silverdale passed away on May 31, 2012. She was born on May 23, 1937 in Twin Falls, ID to Joseph H. and Inez M. (Turner) Day. She was raised in ID, Portland, OR and San Antonio, TX. She married Terry F. Moore Sr. in 1957, and made the move to WA in 1962, where they raised their five children. Over the years she was very active in her church often sewing, knitting and crocheting items to be sent to the missionaries overseas. She also enjoyed being a member of the “Red Hats Society”. She is survived by her children, Helen (Daniel) Nesseth, Terry F. Moore Jr., Sonya (Matthew) West, Celia (Greg) Fairbanks and Aaron L. Moore. As well as her siblings, Barbara (Roscoe) Max, Betty J. Walker and Joseph H. (Donna) Day. Her grandchildren, Joshua, Mirihia, Marissa, Rachal, Seth, Heather, Megan, Briana, Elizabeth, Benjamin, Alivia, Jack and Samuel. Great grandchildren, Emily, Tristan, Hunter, Cheyenne, Kylee, Gabriel, Josie, Marleigh, Callie, Isabelle, Keegan, Jaxson and Kolby. A celebration of her life will be held May 2013 allowing her out of town family to attend.
