Doris Delaine Erickson, 86, passed away May 1, 2018 from complications from pneumonia surrounded by her loving family. She was 1 of 7 children born at home on the farm in Oaklee, MN to Osmund and Alice Lunden. In 1950 she moved to Bremerton and married Doug Erickson on Mother's Day,1953. She was devoted to her family, church, and friends and was active in the Sons of Norway and Our Saviour's Lutheran Church. She is survived by her husband of 65 years, Doug, and her three children, Debbie (Kamin) Lambertson, Denise (Dennis) Deitch, and Dean (Margaret) Erickson. She had 8 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. She took joy in caring for her family, and was selfless and full of grace. She will be truly missed every day. Memorials and donations in memory of Doris can be made to Our Saviour's Lutheran Church and the Sons of Norway. Her funeral service will be held on May 12th at 11am at Our Saviour's Lutheran Church in Bremerton.
