Not a week goes by that you don't cross my mind brotha.

We would catch ourselves discussing our dreams for the future during late night study hauls at TBE or Lied, and always ended up getting carried away in the conversation. Even when it felt like life would pull me away, I always found myself centered when we caught up.  Life was funny in that it always brought us two together at the most unexpected times. More importantly, I feel like it brought us together when I needed it most.

Even now, I catch myself hoping that I somehow get to run into you once more. But alas, the next best thing I can do is give my future my all for the both of us. 

Maybe someday in another life we'll get to catch up someday, yeah?

I did not know him too well but he was a very nice guy. I would always see him at the UNLV library and the computer lab inside the engineering building. He was always cordial and polite, and I sensed the good in him. He used to nod hello to me before I even got his name. May he rest eternally in Heaven.
