Carol Foley died of at age 66 years on May 21, 2015, at home in Brattleboro, Vermont.  She was born on April 10, 1949 in Bennington Vermont and had many fond memories of growing up there.  She was predeceased by her parents, George and Dana Foley.  Carol graduated from UVM and worked as activities director and nurse's aide at Linden Lodge Nursing Home in Brattleboro where she spread cheer, fun, and inspiration. She is survived by her beloved cat, Beauty.

Carol had enless enthusiasm and joy in a variety of activities.  She loved birdwatching, photography and games, and delighted in the mysteries of back roads.  She was an avid folk dancer and contradancer as well as a faithful Sacred Circle Dance teacher and dance repository.  Her circle dance home was in Brattleboro, Vermont, and she was part of many circle dance gatherings in New England.  The circles will remember her for her many heart-centred photos, for her feeling for the center-of-the-circle energy, and especially for her laughter and hugs.
