It was with great sadness we announced the passing of our dear wife, daughter , mother and grandmother on March 3, 2015 in Tarpon Springs FL at the age of 66. Marilyn was born in St. John’s NL, on July 27, 1948. Marilyn enjoyed two homes close to her heart, her native Canada, where she was raised in Brantford, ON. and Tarpon Springs FL for 23 years. Marilyn was known for her strength , compassion, contagious laugh, and her joy of life. Predeceased by her cherished mother (Armorel). Survivors include her devoted husband (Norm), father (William), beloved children Bradley (Julie) and Kristie, and grandchildren Chloe, Caleb & Nicole. A Celebration of Life service will be held at the “Thorpe Brothers Funeral Home & Chapel” 96 West Street, Brantford on Wednesday June 3, 2015 at 11:00 am. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the the American Breast Cancer Foundation or the Susan G. Komen Foundation would be appreciated.
