I moved away from Brantford at age 7, but I used to live across the street from Donny and his family on St. George Street and during that time we were best friends. I have fond memories of being at his house, of swimming in their pool and riding our bikes wearing towels around our necks pretending to be batman. When I think of Brantford, I will always remember that  innocent time on that wonderful street. I'm so sorry to hear of Donny's passing. Rest in peace my friend. 

PS. Here is a photo of me, Donny and his dad Ben + a few neighbourhood kids in their backyard buy the pool. I am the one wearing running shoes.

All the Bartle Family enjoyed knowing Donny. After years of living away from Brantford, I still received a hug when Mrs. Huff introduced me to Donny. He remembered the store and Art and Ken.
I know he will be missed.

I wish to extend my sympathies to you in the passing of Donnie. Although I did not know Donnie personally, my father, Jack Bradshaw worked for Mr. Huff at North Park School. I remember him telling us that at that time, Donnie's favourite hockey player was Davey Keon. My mother worked as a travel agent and was able to get him a Davey Keon hockey jersey.

Dear Joe, Kathy and Family - We have the fondest memories of Don -  "How's Pepsi?" (our Miniature Schnauzer) was a staple of every visit by Don to the marina in Bobcaygeon.  As marina neighbours, it was also uplifting to witness the unfailing love and understanding the Huff family extended to Don. Our condolences to you all.  XO  Mike, Stephanie and Katherine.
