It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Wayne Walker at the Brantford General Hospital surrounded by family on Saturday May 19th 2018 in his 75th year. Son of the late Clifford and Marjorie Walker. Predeceased by his loving wife Brenda Lee Courtney-Walker (July 2017). Dear father of Audrey Maitland, Cpl. Frederick Wayne Walker ( Silvia), Kevin Walker and stepfather to Heather (Andy) Wood. Dear grandfather to 9 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Brother of Jean Taylor, Bob Walker, Michelle Coleman, Carol Kitley. Irene Walker, Frederick Walker, Patricia Walker and William ( Bill ) Walker.
The family will receive friends at the “Thorpe Brothers’ Funeral Home and Chapel” 96 West Street on Saturday May 26th 2018 from 12:00 pm.to 1:00 pm. A Celebration of his life will be held in the chapel at 1:00 pm. At. Wayne’s request, cremation has taken place.
